Really disappointed in their service. My teenage daughter handed over £25 of her birthday money for eyelash extensions, she was treated poorly after complaining that the extensions were not what she asked for. She was reduced to tears and only offered a voucher for somewhere that she does not want use in the future. Shame on you for taking a child’s money and being rude and not providing the service that was requested.
